1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this ThinkCRM Beauty service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkCRM Beauty provides a comprehensive management system for beauty salons, including but not limited to:

• Appointment scheduling and management
• Customer relationship management
• Staff management and scheduling
• Product and inventory management
• SMS and email notification services (with applicable add-ons)
• Payment processing and financial reporting

3. User Obligations

As a user of this Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms are as follows:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Add-on services (SMS/Email) are billed separately based on usage or package

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Storage of customer information you input into the system
• Secure transmission of payment information to our payment processors

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
